Sydney Young Labor will be joined by our comrades from Labor For Refugees to screen the documentary Chasing Asylum.
Chasing Asylum is an exposé of Australia's highly controversial Pacific Solution policy which sees asylum seekers arriving via boat processed in offshore processing centres.
Sydney Young Labor believes in a humane refugee policy which includes the closing of the horrific off shore processing centres. We seek to build solidarity with those currently in camps and to agitate towards a more compassionate policy.
